Our mission
Our goal is to supply state-of-the-art ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning System) – information systems for a wide range of organization, top quality services with a personal approach to each customer during the implementation phase and the follow-up maintenance services and further development of the system. Our key objective has been to develop an original information system – known as TWIST INSPIRE ERP– and to continue in the development in view of customers’ expectations and needs, using latest technologies. All this is to ensure a very high competitiveness of our customers.
In our line of business, tt is of major importance to maintain close and continuous cooperation with the customer. Our experienced consultants analyze the customer’s requirements, implement the system, and guarantee a trouble-free run and quality of follow-up services. History of the company
2006
After five years of use, in cooperation with a graphic art studio, we are working on a new design of TWIST INSPIRE ERP with an improved used of Internet websites. Navigation and orientation in the system are intuitive and user-friendly. All submodules and program functions are accompanied with a short description of their use before the first launch. The new design will be available in Czech, English, German, and Slovak.
2005
At the beginning of next year, we are planning to introduce a new version of TWIST INSPIRE ERPthat would operate according to recent legislative amendments, and also would include a completely new CRM module for monitoring of business contacts and support of business activities. Sometime during the year, we would introduce new submodules of Dealer’s fee for automatic generation and recording of dealer’s commission, and Selling Schemes for sales planning by individual customers and year or month. All these new features would be supplied to our customers out of charge as part of a regular upgrade.
2004
TWIST INSPIRE ERP is successful. We launched demanding projects interlinked to EDI, production and international reporting submodules. On May 1, 2004, the Czech Republic became a Member State of the European Union. All clients received a timely installation of a new EU version of TWIST INSPIRE ERP with functions required by the new legislation. We are preparing new submodules of Intrastat, Summary Report and Tax Documents for Advance Payments that would mean a major change in the way advance payments have been processed so far.
2000
In 2000, we finished developing the new TWIST INSPIRE ERP software, and entered a new era in the company’s history. The client/server application was developed making use of our past experience with information system implementation, and thanks to the latest technologies used, a unique system was created with a better performance, efficiency and features than competitive products.
1994
On February 15, 1994, Beep, s.r.o. was established, introducing the original TWIST INSPIRE ERP software to the market – an outstanding and progressive product for the time being. The system was developed using our proper graphic interface, operated in several languages, and its architecture made it a daring competitor of international systems. By 2000, when the development of the file/server application was discontinued, it had been installed with success in a number of local and international organizations. TWIST was the subject of continuous modification and innovation according to our clients’ needs and as new technologies emerged.
1991
The foundations of our company were laid in January 1991. From the very beginning, we have focused on implementation of ERP systems, and development of an original information system of financial and business modules.
