ERP modules
TWIST INSPIRE ERP is a modular information system. Individual business operations are divided into clear and natural steps under individual modules and submodules. A great benefit of modular systems is that the entire system can be implemented gradually, one by one individual module. Modules may be installed on their own, but their synergized power comes out when they are put together.
Partners
Knowing your customers and their needs is a key piece of information you need in order to be successful. The Partners module gives a detailed overview of your business partners.
Products
Regardless of your actual operations, you always need the information of goods, services, materials and products at your fingertips – and this is what the Products module is for.
Sales
The Sales module has all the features you need for day-to-day processing of your local and international transactions. The Sales module is fully integrated with the Partners, Products, Stock, and Debtors Ledger.
Purchase
Whatever method of supplies acquisition you use, the Purchase module allows you to process the related submodules in a user-friendly environment and with a maximum financial effect.
Stock
The Stock module collects detailed information about future and historic stock movements. It provides information on actual stock balance, and volumes that are ordered, blocked or ready for dispatch.
Debtors and Creditors Ledger
Receivables often make up for a significant part of assets. Receivables management ranks among one of the most corporate operations. Payables and settlement management, together with cash flow monitoring are also important for the company’s trading.
Bank accounts and petty cash management
The Bank Accounts and Petty Cash module is a powerful instrument for the processing of all movements on bank accounts and the keeping of cash books.
General Ledger
Financial accounts are the heart of the TWIST INSPIRE ERP software. It is where all the corporate data come together. If used in the right way and with an adequate data presentation, it is a fundamental tool of corporate management.
Assets
Long-term assets often make up for a significant part of the company’s property. Detailed information about assets structure, depreciation rate, planned deprecation, location, and other attributes, together with links to the General ledger, are managed by the Assets module.
Reports and Budgets
Reports and Budgets is a dynamically developing module of the TWIST INSPIRE ERP software. Upon the Czech Republic’s accession to the EU, a new INTRASTAT report was added, VIES summary report, and VAT return have a new look. TWIST INSPIRE ERP features predefined forms to be e-filed.
CRM
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. Customer relationships are a stepping stone for development of any company. Be it seeking of new customer or support and communication with existing customers – the new CRM module concentrates all the data and functions for an effective customer relationship management.
Production
Module Production is used for planning and controlling production operations. Production is not a standard module. For various branches we design special customized solutions, ie. metal production, food wraps production, chemical production.
