CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. Customer relationships are a stepping stone for development of any company. Be it seeking of new customer or support and communication with existing customers – the new CRM module concentrates all the data and functions for an effective customer relationship management.
Module description
The CRM module integrates the submodules, records and functions concerning customer relationships. In the CRM module you would currently find the submodules of Quotations, Selling orders, Partners, and Partner-related parties. The Contacts submodule has been completely remade for the purposes of CRM, and new information on business partners’ employees or agents was added.
The submodules of Activities and Attached Documents, Email Records, Distribution Lists or Mail Merge are newly integrated in the CRM module.
The Activities submodule is the key part of the CRM module. It makes it possible to record and assess each and every contact with the customer, classify them according to a number of criteria, and keep very detailed records of all tasks, meetings or negotiations.
The register of Attached Documents runs across the entire system and creates links between individual submodules in TWIST INSPIRE ERP and related documents. It is possible to attach pictures or certificates to individual products, scanned copies of original documents in TWIST INSPIRE, etc.
The register of Mail Merge, in conjunction with Distribution Lists and MS Word, generates and distributes various texts/letters to selected partners.
The register of Email Records makes copies of incoming and outgoing email messages from Microsoft Outlook and matches them with contacts, partners and documents to which they relate.
