Module description
The General ledger module is a perfect tool for an efficient keeping of accounts. Most information is generated automatically by the system and transferred from interlinked modules and submodules. Information in local and other currencies are divided and recorded according to accounts, cost centers, jobs, and categories.
An Balance Ledger is kept separately. Accounts are kept according to reporting periods corresponding with a calendar or fiscal year. All the reporting periods and accounting years are always accessible. The system links primary documents directly to the Accounting Journal. Individual documents are accessible and modifiable directly from the Accounting Journal. If you make corrections to a record, TWIST INSPIRE ERP makes an automatic modification of accounts.
The double-entry accounts are kept in strict accordance with applicable regulations and principles. Accounting links and system functions have been verified by a certified auditor. Adjustment of exchange rate differences, underpayments, price variations, balance matching – all these are functions that save your time. A conversion bridge for analytic accounts into accounts which meet international standards, and international reporting are ready for use by foreign companies.
