Module description
A detail description of your customers, suppliers and other partners, setting up of customer and supplier groups, delivery and payment terms, separate submodules about dealers, carriers and customs brokers and others – all this information can be maintained in the Partners module.
Apart from the “descriptive” data, in TWIST INSPIRE ERP you would find also a balance of receivables and payables for each of your partners with details of all outstanding debts. Using the SmartLink technology, you can access related information about invoices, settled advance payments, partial payments, etc.
TWIST INSPIRE ERP offers a sets of statistics for each partner. Statistics summarize all quotations, received orders, delivery notes and invoices issued, etc. - all and any documents that have every been issued to the partner’s name, goods ordered and not yet delivered, payments received, range of products purchased, and other. Statistics can be defined by the user and customized to their special needs.
