Production
Module Production is used for planning and controlling production operations. Production is not a standard module. For various branches we design special customized solutions, ie. metal production, food wraps production, chemical production.
Module description
The core of the Production module is Job Files containing all information necessary for production. They include first of all the specification of production, its components and parameters. The Job File defines also the required production volume, delivery dates, information on technologies, machinery used, etc.
The Job File is filled out by employees who record the works performed, information on production volumes and waste.
After a given production session is completed, the related stock movements are recorded. It concerns also the release of materials, reception of semi-finished or finished products, possible transfers to stock under complaint or waste.
The Job File provides information about total production, performance of individual employees, waste volume, use rate of machinery, and other information.
