Stock
The Stock module collects detailed information about future and historic stock movements. It provides information on actual stock balance, and volumes that are ordered, blocked or ready for dispatch.
Module description
An unlimited number of stock sections can be set up in the Stock module. The valuation of stock can be done in different ways, with a special function for historical valuation of stock release, writing off of by-costs, customs duty calculation, management of production series, batch recording, expiration date, production codes, etc.
TWIST INSPIRE ERP optimizes the stock balance by way of minimum and optimum balances which are set up by the customer.
A separate submodule of Stocktaking includes all the tools needed for the planning and execution of stocktaking. If a great number of items is to be stored in the Stock volume, it is advisable to do stocktaking using a bar code reader.
The Stock module supports custom-made and consignment stocks. All stock records are accounted for and ensure a complete matching of stock and accounting records.
