The goal of implementing Twist Inspire was to create a unified information system which would provide detailed and accurate information concerning the local site as well as all branches.

Specific objectives

  • introduction of a comprehensive information system with an option of future development
  • unification of data, especially of directories, product catalogues and price lists
  • all processes integrated into a single application
  • remote data access
  • quick and easy-to-navigate presentation of business and financial results

Implemetation

The implementation process started in October 2006, and upon an initial analysis, all the required program changes were carried out, printer forms put together, and existing data converted to fit the new system. Simultaneously, future users were being trained, so as both companies were ready to for the launch on January 1, 2007.
