Customization
Our experience shows that even the most sophisticated program with rich functions, if supplied in a single standard version, is unable to meet the special needs of some customers. If this is the case, we are able to develop a customized version of TWIST INSPIRE ERP that accommodates to your special needs. So far, we have launched over 20 customized versions.
Customized solutions
Customized versions of the software are developing in close conjunction with the customer and on the basis of a detailed analysis of the customer’s needs – in order to achieve the best results for the customer, it is important to work with as detailed initial specifications as possible.
Each customization is different in scope. In some cases, only minor adjustments in data structures and display were made, at other times special data reviews and lists which simplified the generation of special corporate reports were required, and so on. The greatest challenge is to develop completely new submodules and modules. These included for instance goods supplies, production solutions, service jobs solutions or interlinking our software with third-party programs.
Developing a customized version means that future maintenance would be required. Customization is performed using our own development tool known as TWIST DESIGNER. This tool, using the principle of heredity, helps to synchronize customized versions with the gradually upgraded standard version. As such, we can guarantee that all users of customized versions would have at their fingertips not only legislative amendments but also all improvements and novelties as the users of standard version.
