Hence, each customer is assigned an account consultant who is with the customer from the point of implementation and for the years to come, and who manages any adjustments or implementation of new functions in the TWIST INSPIRE ERP software.
After the implementation is finished, you can turn for advice to the Hotline Service where questions of day-to-day operations are discussion and customers’ queries are answered, or as the case may, the system continues to be developed according to the customer’s requirements. With remote administration, it is possible to make immediate adjustments in the system and to respond flexibly regardless of the physical distance between our headquarters and the customer’s facilities.
